14 days to decide
You can return any vivavertis.lt goods purchased online within 14 days from receiving your purchase order and get a full refund without indicating any reason.
Within 14 days of delivery, you can take the following actions with any product you have purchased from us:
- Replace with a product of another size or model. You can replace the purchased product with a cheaper or a more expensive one. The overpayment will be wire transferred to your account and any underpayment can be paid at the time of delivery. The discount code applied at the time of purchase will also apply to the replaced product. We highly recommend booking the desired product as soon as possible by e-mail at info@vivafertis.lt. Please note that in case of replacement, the client shall cover any courier-related costs!
- Get a full refund.You will get the refund in 1-5 business days after returning the product to us. Transportation costs will not be refunded. If you have paid using a gift card, the gift card will be returned to you along with a refund of any additionally paid amount.
Refund/replacement terms and conditions
Replaced or refunded goods must comply with the following requirements:
1.The goods must be unused, undamaged and with no loss of their value.
- Returned goods must have their labels.
- Our company must be contacted by e-mail.
Please send the goods by registered mail or parcel lockers (the post office will assign a parcel tracking number that can be used to track the parcel if it gets lost and to see when it gets delivered to us. We are not liable for the loss of parcels sent by regular mail)

Legal regulation of refunds
Defects shall be handled and low-quality products shall be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Retail Regulations approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
The replacement and refunding of regular quality products shall be handled in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.
