1.1. UAB “AGROCONSULT LT”, enterprise number 302654044, VAT Reg. No. LT100006313118, postal address: Apylankos g. 6, Užusalių k., LT-55333 Jonavos r., Republic of Lithuania, E-mail: email@example.com, shall be the Data Controller and operator of the website of www.vivafertis.lt (hereinafter referred to as Data Controller).
1.2. The Buyer shall mean any natural person or legal entity that has purchased goods at www.vivafertis.lt online store.

III. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Data Controller shall follow the below listed main data processing principles:
3.1.1. Personal data shall be collected for legal and clearly defined purposes
3.1.2. Personal data shall be processed fairly and accurately
3.1.3. Personal data shall be constantly updated
3.1.4. Personal data shall be stored for no longer than it is required by their processing goals
3.1.5. Personal data shall be processed only by employees holding the right to do so
3.1.6. All information on processed personal data shall be confidential.
3.2. The Buyer hereby consents for personal data given voluntarily at the time of purchase order placement to be processed under the following rules:
3.2.1. The Buyer has the right to familiarize with his/her personal data, to know which personal data is stored by us, to know which recipients receive his/her personal data or have received within the last year, to request to correct incorrect, undetailed or inaccurate personal data, to request to delete his/her personal data and to request to stop processing his/her personal data. The Buyer may exert these rights by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Seller shall immediately (within 1-2 days) grant the Buyer’s request and either delete or depersonalize the Buyer’s data. If the Seller believes the personal data to be threatened, the Seller has the right to ask for a personal identification document to identify the Buyer.
3.3. The Data Controller acknowledges and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer that places a purchase order at www.vivafertis.lt online store. The Data Controller collects and uses the personal data of the Buyer (name or first name and family name, address, phone number, e-mail address or other information provided at the time of purchase order placement) for the purpose of processing the purchase orders for goods or services or for fulfilling other undertaken obligations.
3.4. The Buyer may give his/her consent at the online store for the processing of personal data for direct marketing (applicable for persons older than 14 years). The Buyer can do so by ticking the respective box next to giving one’s consent for personal data processing for direct marketing purposes. As of the moment of giving consent, the Seller shall send newsletters to the e-mail address indicated by the Client. The Buyer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at www.vivafertis.lt online store (the choice “unsubscribe” is given at the beginning of the newsletter: the Buyer will no longer receive any newsletters after clicking the link).
- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The Data Controller shall not disclose the personal data of the Buyer to any third parties, except for the partners of the Data Controller that render delivery or other services related to proper processing of the Buyer’s purchase order. In all other cases, the personal data of the Buyer may only be disclosed to third parties as set forth in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- REGISTRATION RULES
5.1. The Buyer must provide full, detailed and correct information on the registration form. In the vent of false, inaccurate or misleading information given in the registration form, the Data Controller has the right to terminate the registration of the Buyer, to delete the Buyer’s data or to restrict the Buyer’s right to shop at the online store.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the information given in the registration form at any given time.
VII. INFORMATION PROVISION AND STORAGE
7.1. All notices concerning personal data processing shall be submitted to the Data Controller by e-mail at email@example.com or by mail.
7.2. The Data Controller shall respond in the same manner as the original notice or claim.
