Delivery

You can place your purchase order at vivafertis.lt online store at any time of the day and any day of the week. At the time of purchase, you can also select the desired delivery method: door-to-door delivery or delivery to the nearest parcel locker.

The delivery cost in the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and value of your goods. The price will be indicated at the time of order placement. The goods will be delivered to the indicated address or another location convenient for the client.

*Deliveries to the Curonian Spit shall be handled at an extra charge of 22 euro, to be paid separately.

The goods will be delivered in 2 to 20 business days, depending on the day of payment processing and receipt by UAB “AGROCONSULT LT”.

Our products will be delivered to clients by DPD, Lithuanian Post, DHL, Venipak, express parcel delivery or any other authorized courier. When accepting the goods, the clients must first check the condition of the product and whether or not they received everything they have ordered. After the clients accept the goods and sign the delivery confirmation with no remarks given, it shall be deemed that the package contents were in good order, the parcel was duly delivered and no party had any claims concerning the delivered goods. If you fail to carry out these actions, we will not be held liable for the following:

1. Damaged goods, unless the cause of damage is a manufacturing defect
2. Lack of package contents, provided that such discrepancies could have been detected by external check of the goods.

Goods weighing more than 30 kg shall only be delivered to the recipient’s house.

At the time of delivery, the buyer must present his/her ID card. If the information on the person accepting the goods does not comply with our customer data or it becomes clear that the buyer gave fraudulent information at the website, also, in cases when the person accepting the goods is younger than 16 years or legally incapable, we hold the right to refuse to deliver the goods to the client with no legal repercussions. We shall not be held liable for any errors or mistakes made when entering data on the website and thus highly recommend to be careful when completing and checking the registration and delivery address information.

DELIVERY DELAYS:

We do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery of the ordered and paid for goods. However, deliveries may sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we are not responsible for. Neither vivafertis.lt nor the selected carrier/courier can fully guarantee that the ordered goods will reach you within the desired period of time. Please note that we shall not be held liable for any consequences of deliveries that took longer than the standard delivery period indicated at our website. The buyer shall carry all the risk of losses or damage due to late deliveries.
